HMH Group Quality Policy Statement

In H.M.H. Company our mission is to apply and sustain the quality management system in conformity with international quality standards ISO 9001:2015 in all aspects of our operations.

To accomplish our mission we must:

  • Client focused: we have made a commitment to understand our client needs, meet their requirements, and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Meet the requirements of interested parties and our social, environmental, and legislative responsibilities.
  • Leadership: we are committed to creating and maintaining a working environment where people become fully involved in achieving our objectives.
  • Process approach: we understand that desired results can be achieved when activities and related resources are managed in a process or series of interconnected processes.
  • Continuous improvement: we are committed to achieving continuous improvement across all aspects of our quality management system; it is one of our annual targets.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, evaluate and improve continuously our quality management system.
  • Provide necessary resources & ensure responsibilities and authorities are determined and communicated through the company.
  • Establish business and quality objectives which will be reviewed periodically through the management review process.
  • Seek feedback from clients and carry out required actions in accordance with stated methods and client requirements.
