Scope of Work

Supply, fabricate and install structural steel shelter for produced water pumps at CH-G pad-TAQA- Atrush field.
And the work consists of constructing reinforced concrete foundations and reinforced concrete paving according to the required drawings.
HMH has redesigned the shelter and submitted shop drawings to the client for approval. Then, Material inspections and preparations have been started in the specialized factory in order to weld all the parts according to the client’s specifications. After completion of all inspections and tests (Welding inspections (groove and fillet), Surface roughness, Visual inspection, Salt contamination test, Painting thickness, and etc.…) the surface of the materials has been cleaned and prepared to paint materials in 3 layers (Primer, Mid-coat and Topcoat) according to the specified color table by TAQA.
After completion of the painting and approval, the transportation of all parts has commenced as the commencement of erection in G-Pad (Atrush Field), working in G-Pad is under PTW, but because of our previous experience in oil fields, we didn’t face problems during working in such places.
Erection of the parts and installing the shelter in the G-Pad has been accomplished within 7 days.
